Lot 280, now known as 53 Robinhood, is in use here as the first sold. This is based on past research involving perhaps 5% of phase 1. Until all 300 or so lots have been checked, there is no way to know with certainty that this was the actual first sold lot. The first lot could likely have been sold anytime after Eastabrook sold to Fernway Homes and or the plan of lots was approved.
